Buy A adapter to plug in old ear phone
Sometimes, when my wireless ear phone has no battery, I need to use old ear phone for listening a music or video. On the commute to the office or home, I ususally use subway.
So I went to nearest stationary to buy one. Ya...it's not genuine component. But I cannot connect it to the my Galaxy because its hole is a little big to its USB-C cable. So I ask a refund to buy a new one. So far, so good...
Decided to buy a genuine product
And my next journey is to visit Samsung Delight showroom near Gangnam area. I bought an adapter for converting audio signal to USB-C(my Smart Phone). My phone is Samsung Galaxy Fold. It is 5 times expensive than old Chinese one.
For the test, I plugged Apple ear phone to the adaptor. But when I unplugged it, it stucked and unplugged with certain pin... it was a strange look.
It jammed and not coming out
When I identified it as something similar to component of ear phone. I checked ear phone plug... Finally Samsung adapter ate Apple ear phone plug.
That's the the other side of Apple iPhone plug...
Visit again Samsung Delight Showroom
I visited the Samsung Delight showroom again. But there's no service section in there. So the staff in the room asked me to visit Samsung Service center near SNTU(Seoul National Teacher's University) near Gangnam station.
I complained them why I paid 4 times subway fee to visit your center. The staff in there told me he didn't know because it's real rare case. He never handled such case ever before including his collegues.
The staff in the Delight gently guided me to visit service center two stops away from Gangnam station which is far way from my office.
So I visited service center at SNTU. ... and Can you expect what happened?
The result what I get from Samsung Service Center
They force-unplugged that component jammed inside adapter. And check that adapter works well and gave it back to me.
And the leader of the service center refund Apple ear phone because its their product's fault. For that reason, I bought new ear phone. It is on the delivery now...
