Make a Experience Complex

There's a thousands of thousands way to make a creative experience in this world. you can creat it with your GUI, or make it with information architecture, new technology like AR, VR and etc.

The Exprienece complex like this. It can be defined like this diagram.

People always have been engaged with the personal device and lived in a personal smart environment. More often user live in the family or public smart environment like family home, school or street.

Most of their experience influenced by personal device but sometimes influenced by many family / public devices, what is more, recently influenced by platform like business, service or moving platform.

More complexity, but more opportunities

So making a creative experience is a lot more difficult in terms of its complexity, but easier than ever because there's lots of experience element.

So far we can imagine new UX based on the fixed platform with some connectivity, now we should more consider mobility rather than fixed place or connectable cloud.

UX Strategy Should be considered when starting point

When there is a connection, there should be a value equivalent to user's effort for connection. But you cannot make imaginary experience out of all circumstances. Here are the steps that I'm going to recommend to you for making a strategic experience.

1. Define your experience that you are going to share with your users.

2. Select main device or key device that you are trying to create.

3. Design your thinking with your collaboration partner such as a key product, service or platform but not all of them.

4. Connect your basic experience with your definition of experience to create more value and to enhance your experience that you are going to provide in the Fig2.

5. Eliminate other components that you are not considering so far in the Fig1.

6. To make an strategic experience, make lists of objectives as detailed as possible.

7.  Assign a list of functions in the products and services based on the lists that you already made at step.6

8. Design all screens or interactions to fit your experience with all UX elements.

9. Make prototypes to validate your UX ideas with your coworkers and users who are not familiar with your products and services.

10. Make one page document with some working prototype to complete your ideas visible.
